Two types of moulding processes exist in EPS field.These are; Shape Moulding and Block Moulding. The main machinery is Vertical or Horizontal Block Mould at EPS block moulding plants.
The machinery manufactured include vacuum systems
and are both vertical and horizontal. Sheet and shaped articles are produced by hot-wire cutting method by using EPS Blocks at plants.
